FAQ

What do I get when I buy a Jolly Paper Co printable?

You get a digital PDF file to download and print yourself. No physical item is shipped. Each listing shows the page count and what's inside.

How do I download my printable?

Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email right after checkout. Click it to save the PDF. You can also find it on your order status page.

I didn't get my download email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still isn't there, email hello@jollypaperco.com with your order number and we'll send the file directly.

What paper size are the printables?

All files are US Letter (8.5 x 11 in). They also print well on A4 if you choose "Fit to page" or "Scale to fit" in your print settings.

What's the best way to print them?

Print at home on a standard inkjet or laser printer with plain paper. Use cardstock for bingo cards, game cards and place cards. Choose "Actual size" or "Fit to page" and print in color, or grayscale for coloring pages.

Can I print at a print shop like Staples or FedEx Office?

Yes. Copies for your own personal or classroom use are fine. Bring the PDF on a USB drive or upload it to the shop's website.

How many times can I print a file?

As many times as you need for your own household or your own classroom. Print a fresh bingo card every year if you like.

Can I use these in my classroom?

Yes. Every purchase includes a single-teacher classroom license, so you can print copies for the students in your own class. Sharing the file with other teachers or a whole school needs one purchase per teacher. See Licensing & Terms of Use.

Can I sell or share the files?

No. You may not resell, redistribute, upload or share the digital files or printed copies for profit. Please link friends to our shop instead.

What ages are the printables for?

Each pack lists an age range. For example, our Kids' Halloween Activity Pack is for ages 3–6 and the Classroom Halloween Party Pack is for ages 5–10. Party games like bingo and trivia work for mixed ages and families.

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Because files are delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds after a file is downloaded. If a file is damaged, missing pages or won't open, email us and we'll send a working replacement promptly.

Are the printables available in other languages?

Yes. Many packs are bilingual in English and Spanish, and our Diwali packs include common Hindi greetings. Chinese and Vietnamese packs for Lunar New Year are coming next.

Do the puzzles come with answer keys?

Yes. Mazes, word searches and other puzzles include answer key pages at the end of the PDF.

Can I edit the files?

The PDFs aren't editable. Pages that need names or messages, such as cards and tags, have blank spaces to write in by hand.

Which holidays do you cover?

We cover Halloween, Día de los Muertos, Diwali, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa and New Year, with Three Kings Day, Lunar New Year, Ramadan/Eid and more coming.

How do you make sure cultural holidays are represented respectfully?

We use reputable interfaith and educational sources for dates and descriptions, keep distinct holidays separate (Día de los Muertos isn't Halloween), avoid sacred imagery as decoration, and correct anything people who celebrate tell us we got wrong.

Is there a free printable I can try?

Yes. Sign up for our email list and we'll send a free 5-page bilingual (English/Spanish) sampler.
