These Terms govern your use of the Jolly Paper Co online store (the "Store") and your purchase of our digital products. By using the Store or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. The Store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Digital products

All products are downloadable PDF or ZIP files. Nothing physical is shipped. Download links are provided at checkout and by email. Please save your files, since links may expire.

2. License

Each purchase grants you a personal and single-teacher classroom license, as described on our Licensing & Terms of Use page, which is part of these Terms. All intellectual property in the products remains with Jolly Paper Co.

3. Accuracy

We work to keep descriptions, dates and cultural information accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct errors and update products at any time. Printed colors may vary by printer and screen.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment partners. Applicable sales taxes may be added at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, and we'll refund you if we do.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short, there are no refunds after download, but we replace faulty files.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Store for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security, scrape or copy its content in bulk, or redistribute our files.

7. Third-party services

We rely on third parties such as Shopify and payment processors. Their terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is." Activities are meant to be done with appropriate adult supervision for young children (for example when cutting with scissors). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jolly Paper Co is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
